Are you restless like me?

Jenna's former blog. It will still be here, but she will not be here.

Attention:

MY ROOM IS FREEZING.

That is all.

I NEED TO GO CAMPING.

I want to go camping in Half Moon Bay and ride my bike around and sing really loudly and then drink camp-stove coffee while wrapped in a blanket, sitting on the sand.

Who's with me?

(My mom, sister, and I went out to HMB to go to this little junk/antique shop and swung by the campground afterward to see which sites are the best. The waves were huge.)

"We saw the western coast..."

I AM THE CAUSE TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS.

No bowling last night, but we ate and then watched The Departed. It's now one of my favorite movies. Lots of people get shot in the head though. Is it bad that we laughed at a few of them?

I like this Brand New cd that Tasha lent me. It isn't their new one. It's Deja Entendu. I keep thinking it says Deja Nintendo.

My sister is reading over my shoulder. Now she's lighting matches, "I have fire," she said.

I'm boring now. My sister is complaining because she thinks I meant she was boring. She's trying to stick a match in my ear.

A lot of my blog titles are lyrics.

One day I will write a whole book of Haikus.

My WIRED subscription came. I love that magazine. I want to work for a magazine like that or ReadyMade or MAKE: one day. Even a travel magazine would be cool, or maybe a food one. I'd love to be the art director or creative director for wherever I end up.

The proposed name for mine and Stephanie's zine is now going to be the name of the feminist club's "literary magazine." I'm not sure how I should feel about this. Eh. "She Can Read" was going to be the name of our zine because we both like Interpol, and we're girls, and we read. It applies to the feminist club, too. Right now I'm listening to Pretty Girls Make Graves, though, and I think there's a line from one of their songs that would fit the club better, "And She Said, And She Said..." PGMG seems a bit more feminist-friendly than Interpol, too.

I have updated my favorite venue, now it is a tie between Bottom of the Hill and Balazo 18 Gallery.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to Rock 'n' Bowl tonight. It's classic rock night.

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS CAROLYN'S PHONE. LAAAAME.

Back to plucking my eyebrows because they're trying to take over my face. Yuck.

"Where we're coming from will be the death of us."

There's this group in my photo class that pretty much only talks about parties and partying. Instead of listening to them, I got a credential and hung out with Holbrook's AOPs in the cafeteria and ate a cupcake and took silly pictures of people and the tables.

I guess I should do my homework now so that I can get some other shit done before I go to sleep so that I can wake up at a reasonable time tomorrow.

I like run-on sentences.

None of my teachers have noticed that my sweatshirt says "Shit" on it, or they haven't said anything about it.

And I don't think it's mean, it just represents a chilly disconnect from reality.

Fuck Valentine's Day, I just like hearts.

Today I went to Target and got a white belt, music note t-shirt, and a pink fake-Nalgene bottle. Now, along with my Shuffle filled with little-known bands from the other side of the country, ironic children's toy wallet, and thrift store shoes I can officially be a hipster, right?

I've been dancing all day.

"We stay up all night long and carry through 'til dawn."

The three day weekend is one of the best inventions ever.

I'd like to publicly thank Tasha for getting me into Against Me!, Fake Problems, Latterman, Defiance Ohio, and This Bike is a Pipe Bomb. I can't stop listening to them. And dancing.

The weather was beautiful today. If it's like this tomorrow I want to have a picnic at Garin Park.

Today I took a walk and shot a whole roll of film. I took pictures of pretty things.

iTunes sucks at shuffling things.

Beerfest was hilarious. Hollywoodland was pretty good. Little Miss Sunshine was amazing and cute.

Even though my plans for today fell through, I'm still really happy. I had a good time just wandering. Things are awesome. I am awesome. My friends and family are awesome. This year is awesome. Impromptu sing-alongs are awesome.

It wasn't a good time unless there are new dents in the table the next morning.

I need better tweezers.

I'm still alive.

I've been watching too much tv lately.

Weather is weird.

I'm working on a new scheme.
