Jenna's former blog. It will still be here, but she will not be here.
I think it's time for another round of haiku poetry.

A helpful pet hint:When attempting to give a cat (or dog) medication in pill form, first spread a little butter onto the pill. Then place in that cat's mouth, as far back as possible, and stroke under his or her chin to induce swallowing. The butter not only makes it taste good, but also helps to make the pill slide down easily. For safety, it is recommended to wrap the cat in a towel or other large cloth first to prevent struggling and scratching.
(Hopefully my kitty won't have worms anymore.)
Day one of Maker Faire is complete. I got some neat things at the craft fair part. I didn't see any mention of the MythBusters, so I think someone lied to me. However, I did see 3 of 5 members of SOLEMITE (my favorite local band that doesn't happen to exist anymore, for those who didn't know)!!!!! Holy shit, I was so excited that I didn't even get a picture with them. It was so crazy seeing them there, especially because as we were driving in I saw some guy that reminded me of one of them and I joked with my mom that I'd see them there. It was Bobby, Justin, and Ryan. They seemed kind of happy that someone recognized them. I'm still giddy.
Afterward, we went over to the Oakland Coliseum Swap Meet. It was crappy and smelt funny. It wasn't like used stuff, it was a bunch of off-brand and super cheap clothes and shoes. The $1.25 to get in wasn't really worth it.
I hate that as I've gotten older, holidays have lost their excitement.
Tomorrow Today doesn't feel like Easter, it feels like the last day of Spring Break. I guess it doesn't help that I won't see any of my cousins, it's not going to be at the usual Easter house, there probably won't be a traditional egg hunt, and I'll spend most of my time doing math homework. My brother is down here, though. And I'll get my creamed eggs on English muffins.
I got slip-on Converse, finally. But I got black instead of brown; the black ones were $13.50 and they didn't even carry brown. Converse look funny when they're brand new and clean.
I love Leilani. I love all of my friends.
I'll admit that every single one of my friends can annoy the shit out of me at some point, but I accept it as a part of their personality and love them anyway. I HATE it when people gang up on one person though, I know how it feels. And I won't join in. I should have said something, I feel like a jerk because I didn't. I will never dislike a person because of what I've heard or what they might have done to someone else. I'll dislike someone for hurting me or even just because they are who they are (which I guess isn't a valid reason, but everyone has someone they don't know but don't like anyway). In fact, I think Leilani has hurt me less than most of the people I consider friends, and it wasn't intentional (I was sad because I collect keychains and she gave me paper soap from Hawaii instead of a keychain, but I was happy to get anything).
I think this was kind of just trying to make me feel better about myself. But Lani, I love you dearly, and your apples and polka dots.

Why am I in such a good mood this weekend? It's nice. I really hope this week has better weather than last week. I'm tired of rain.
I'm straightening my room up. I've found so many Thrift Town tags on the floor. I'm messy and cheap. The garbage bag that I'm using is vanilla scented, it's weird. I have a lot of socks, and a lot of scarves. I've filled my treasure chest with scarves. I also have a lot of fabric. And too many pairs of shoes. And a lot of bags and coats and sweatshirts and button down shirts and t-shirts, but only like 3 pairs of jeans.
Back to work.
