theory

i have a theory regarding math classes, here goes:

if a student recieves a's and b's on every test and classwork assignment then he or she should not be obligated to complete any homework assignments. only students who recieve c's and under should be required to complete a homework assignment, it should be optional for the other students.

when kids get good grades they know when they understand something or not, they know when they need to practice something. if they get good grades theyre not stupid. they dont just happen to get an a on their test. they shouldnt be required to do pointless review work and 30 problems to practice something they understand entirely.

how would i go about getting this theory put into place as standard practice in higher level math classes?

and as for me im gonna hear the saddest songs..., no really, i dont want to go to bed. i cant hear the rain as well from my room. it needs to rain harder so its louder, maybe i could put a pie tin or something outside my window. i dont think my sister would like that very much. yeah, still no pictures, i think my sister "accidently" deleted my pictures from that last show i went to. unless she put them on her computer. yeah, still no motivation to do my homework. i have my math midterm tomorrow. fun. right.

im not going to be avril for halloween. i am going to be....drafted.
