It was dripping pitch and made of wood
Options for my Summer:
+ Be lazy and not do anything specific.
+ Volunteer at the Little Theatre (aka Douglas Morrison Theatre) around the corner from me.
+ Be an "intern" at the Castro Valley Forum. This may not be an option due to age and the 3 month commitment they're asking for.
+ Apply for a job at Thrift Town, maybe some other places, and get some money.
A few things I've decided on already:
+ Make things, for myself and friends.
+ Send at least one package to each person who gives me their address.
+ Sleep, a lot.
+ Read a bunch of books.
+ Arrange my room better. At the moment I have two beds (I don't share a room), an unused (antique?) cedar chest, and a bookcase in front of a cabinet/dresser. Not the most logical set up.
+ Improve my not-very-existent artsy skills (painting, drawing, photography, etc.).
Oh, I updated the hair dye. It's blue-er, and brighter.
